Our Yoga Flow classes are designed to reduce stress whilst improving strength and flexibility. Classes draw on both Hatha and Vinyasa and are all-encompassing, accessible and non-dogmatic. Whilst not specifically a beginners class there is no pressure to keep up; it's non-competitive and friendly.

These classes will help rebalance the nervous system and reduce stress levels that can cause inflammation and illness, making it ideal for those with hectic lives and for those in their peri-menopause and menopause years or for anyone who simply wants to build both physical and mental strength and resilience.
