Dr Karen Joash, Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, has been working in the field for over twenty years. With so many accolades to her name, it is hard to know where to start!
Dr Joash has held consultant positions at numerous prestigious teaching hospitals in London. She is currently working for Imperial College Healthcare Trust and is the lead for maternity guidelines and programme director for postgraduate training in obstetrics and gynaecology. She also sees patients privately at The Portland Hospital, the Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital and Queen Charlotte’s Hospital.
Renowned for her empathetic and holistic approach to care, combined with in-depth knowledge, she was named ‘Obstetrics and Gynaecology Consultant of the Year’ in 2019 (Private Healthcare Awards).
Dr Joash, has a broad scope of expertise which includes treatment for menstrual disorders, fertility advice, recurrent miscarriage, well-women checks, abnormal bleeding, PCOS, post-menopausal bleeding and fibroids.
